White Chocolate Brownie (Blondie) with Blueberries and Raspberries

Recipe:

100 grams of white chocolate

small handful of blueberries

small handful of raspberries

85 grams of plain flour

115 grams of butter

180 grams of light brown sugar

2 extra large eggs

8 ml of vanilla

2 grams of salt

8”x8” backing tray

baking paper

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

Place 1 sheet of baking paper in tray (covering edges)

Melt together butter and white chocolate

Whisk in sugar

Whisk in flour and salt

Whisk in eggs (1 at a time)

Add vanilla

Add small handful of blueberries

Add small handful of raspberries

Stir gently twice

Transfer to baking tray

Bake for 30 minutes

Cool 30 mins (or more) then move to wire rack

Place in fridge if desired
